INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT
Following a 30-min discovery call, we set a goal for our engagement, the duration of the engagement, and what forms of support will help you most- coaching, mentoring, EFT, and business/management skills training.
GROUP EFT CIRCLES
Each member of a small (no more than 6) member circle receives a turn for personal EFT support, as well as benefiting from the group momentum and learning from the insights shared by others in their healing process.
EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUES (EFT)
EFT, often referred to as tapping, helps process intense emotions and traumas, enabling people to move forward from a place of peace and enhanced perspective. It is a peer-to-peer mentality where I hold the space and provide gentle guidance for emotional processing, reframing of the issue you face, and rewiring for self-compassionate new beliefs while you tap on Traditional Chinese Medicine Meridian points, following my instructions.
You can continue to practice EFT on your own as well.
COACHING
Aimed at making the client totally autonomous and self-responsible, coaching helps explore limiting beliefs and cognitive biases, questions underlying preconceptions, and stimulates creative action steps for moving towards a clearly defined goal.
BUSINESS/MANAGEMENT TRAINING
Using my 10 years of corporate experience, MBA in international business, and experience mentoring women entrepreneurs in previous roles, I will provide you with frameworks to think more critically about your business and cultivate a CEO mindset.
MENTORING FOR PEOPLE LIVING ABROAD
Drawing on my varied experiences of immersive travel and living in France as an American for the duration of my entire adult life, I provide advice, guidance, and gentle reframes to help you make sense of your life abroad and take practical steps to achieve the life of your dreams.
SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS
Passionate about sharing my views and experiences, I am open to speaking to groups of all sizes.
In the past, I've appeared on France 24 commenting on President Macron's visit to the US in 2022.
